You need to register before you can vote. How to register to vote: Once you have decided who to vote for, you need to register. Once you have registered, your unique Voter Identification Number (VIN) will be sent to your email address. - Go to the Bham UKYP Election 2008: www.bgfl.org/vote2008
- Click on “Register to Vote”: In the left hand Resources box You will see a box entitled “Get Your Voter Identification Number”
- Enter your email address.
- Click the “Submit” button. You will then see a “Thank you for registering with us” message. Your VIN will be sent to your email address.
- Check your email account: The email is normally sent immediately, but if there are many people registering, it may take a little longer. The email you receive will include your VIN, a link to the online Election and the number of votes you can cast.
Please note: The automated email we send which includes your VIN may be blocked by your email account/spam settings, so please check your spam folder if you have registered but have not received your VIN. Alternatively, you could give appropriate permission to receive emails from content@bgfl.org.
